Release date of my film

The release date of my film is the 29th October 2017 and this release date remains consistent throughout my trailer, poster and magazine cover. The end of October is a conventional release date for horror movies as it is close to Halloween and therefore is the time of the year more people are likely to watch this genre of film. Due to the release date of my film, the issue date on my magazine cover is October. To accompany this, I implemented films set for release in October, November and December 2017. This included; Thor: Ragnorok, Star Wars Episode 8, Kingsman the Golden Circle, Insidious 3 and Jumanji. Also, because of this October issue date, one feature of the magazine counts the '50 Greatest Horror Movie Moments' which makes reference to many popular horror films like; 'Friday the 13th', 'Alien', 'Scream', 'Nightmare on Elm Street', 'It' and 'Halloween'.
